  Twin Palms has once again created a spectacular collection of images thanks to the creativity of the publisher and French photographer Lise Sarfati. The book is available for perusal in our office but a word of caution, please handle with care. As usual, Twin Palms combines the best in photography, with the best in publishing and also as usual they create a museum quality product. Ms. Sarfati's images are strong, painterly,perfectly composed, high voltage and examine a youth culture which is strangely alluring and highly secretive at least to a generation older than the one portrayed . We strongly recommend this book to those of you who follow our reviews and are undergraduates in the BFA and MFA programs at Bard and Vassar. Much is to be learned from studying Ms. Sarfati's style. We are not here to delve into those subjects which stray from the point of straight on photography, as you know we leave that to those critics whose expertise quite frankly leave us cold. We are here simply to offer the best in the field of books on or about photography with something to teach the graduate or undergraduate about the subject and this volume from Twin Palms certainly can.
